Job Summary:

The Applied Business Technology (ABT) department invites applications for a one-year Limited Term Faculty appointment to begin August 16, 2024. The successful candidate will teach across the range of ABT courses in multimodal formats (i.e., hybrid, hyflex) and will support and mentor students within the ABT cohort model.

Duties of Limited Term faculty fall within Article 18.2 of the Collective Agreement, specifically the Teaching and Service components.

Qualifications:

Completion (or near completion) of a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and post-secondary teaching experience are required. An instructor’s diploma and related industry experience would be assets.

The ideal applicant has broad experience across many domains including integrated use of software, workplace communications, social media adoption, and accessibility tools, and is interested in the intersection of all these fields in helping develop holistic student success.

  • Evidence of teaching excellence (e.g., student evaluations)
