Job Summary:

The Department of Mathematics & Statistics invites applicants for a one-year Limited Term Faculty appointment. The successful applicant will be expected to teach a total of six (6) sections of statistics courses.  These courses will primarily be at the 100 level, but instruction at the upper level may be required based on demand.  The successful applicant is also expected to provide university or departmental service.

Duties of Limited Term faculty fall within Article 18.2 (Teaching Faculty Duties) of the Collective Agreement, specifically the Teaching and Service components.

Qualifications:

The successful applicant must have a minimum of a MSc in Statistics or a related discipline, though a PhD in Statistics or a related discipline is preferred, a successful record of teaching university-level statistics courses and experience in providing university or academic service.
